Orders will be dispatched within 1 - 2 business days of placing your order. Our warehouse is based in Melbourne, Australia, so shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please remember that the postman takes weekends off, so if you place your order on the Friday, we’ll ship it to you on the following business day. All orders are processed Monday – Friday, 9am – 3pm EST. 

If a delivery is attempted whilst no one is home the courier will leave your parcel at your local post office location or in a secure spot if we have your authority. Please ensure your items are delivered to a secure address or an address in which there will be someone available to sign for the item.

Processing time may exceed during peak seasons including promotions, sales and public holidays. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel please contact us at info@ivoryandchain.com and we can look into it for you. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels which have been deemed as ‘successfully delivered’ by the courier company.

We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. We are not able to combine orders or change items on an order. This also includes pre-order styles.

PO BOXES AND PARCEL LOCKERS 

We do not deliver to PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers. If you enter a PO Box address, your order will be held and we will contact you for an alternative address. If we don't hear from you within 48 hours of contacting you, your order will be canceled and refunded. 

SECURITY & DISPATCH DELAYS

We take a firm stance against credit card fraud. If a transaction is flagged in our system, we reserve the right to conduct any and all security checks to ensure that the owner of the card or account authorises the transaction. If the requested security check is not complied with, we reserve the right to dishonour, cancel, refund and report the transaction information with the relevant Fraud Prevention and Banking Authorities. The decision to do so is at our sole discretion.

If your order has been flagged for a security check, dispatch will be delayed until the requested information can be provided by the card or account holder and the delivery timeframe is subject to the dispatch date.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note that product costs and delivery fees do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs or postal authorities in the country of delivery. All payments of taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the release of your parcel, we recommend checking your local customs website.

NON-DELIVERY

Please note, estimated delivery times do not include customs delays or where parcels are held by customs officials. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within the delivery time estimated please contact us.

SHIPPING DELAYS - SALE PERIODS

Due to the large number of orders received during sale and promotional periods, please allow an additional 1-3 business days for the delivery of your order during these times. Where promotions are run on public holidays, your order will be processed within 1-3 business days of the first business day after the public holiday.
