2. ARE IVORY AND CHAIN SIZES STANDARD?
Ivory and Chain sizing is standard to the Australian standards however, every style will vary. For information regarding the fit of item(s) please refer to the descriptions located under the name of each item. Australian & International sizing charts are located in the “Size Chart” tab.
3. HOW DO I FIND OUT THE MATERIALS OF THE GARMENT?
The materials of each garment are located in the description of each product.
4. CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
No. Once your order has been placed no amendments nor cancellations can be made, including to billing and shipping details.
5. CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
If you purchased your item online through www.ivoryandchain.com, it is able to be returned, providing it adheres to our Returns Conditions listed below.

6. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE IF I RETURN MY ITEM?
Yes, you will have to cover the postage cost to return any garments to us. Exceptions will be granted if Ivory And Chain is at fault.
7. WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
A Pre Order is the term used when an item is currently out of stock, but will arrive back in stock within a certain time frame. The estimated date of delivery will be displayed under the description of a pre-order product. Please check our Pre-Order collection for your latest coming arrivals.

9. DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE ?
Ivory & Chain only currently online! We do however have a "pick up" option for our Melbourne gals! We hope in the near future to have a store near you.

11. HOW DOES A CREDIT NOTE WORK ?
Received a store credit issued by one of our Sales Team members ? Use your special unique code delivered to only you, at checkout when re-purchasing, or exchanging an item. This credit note will simply apply the given amount noted and adjust your price at check-out. Should you have any issues with your check out code feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number & unique code.

16. SECURITY & DISPATCH DELAYS
We take a firm stance against credit card fraud. If a transaction is flagged in our system, we reserve the right to conduct any and all security checks to ensure that the owner of the card or account authorises the transaction. If the requested security check is not complied with, we reserve the right to dishonour, cancel, refund and report the transaction information with the relevant Fraud Prevention and Banking Authorities. The decision to do so is at our sole discretion.
If your order has been flagged for a security check, dispatch will be delayed until the requested information can be provided by the card or account holder and the delivery timeframe is subject to the dispatch date.
IVORY & CHAIN offers several payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip Pay*. All payments options are securely processed via the respective third-parties: Stripe for credit and debit cards, PayPal for PayPal payments, Afterpay for Afterpay payments and Zip Pay for Zip Pay payments. You do not require a PayPal account to use the Credit/Debit Card option.
If you are experiencing issues with PayPal, Afterpay, Zip Pay*, please contact those companies directly about the issue. IVORY & CHAIN is unable to correct issues relating to these payment methods as we do not control them. These companies keep your information safe - even from IVORY & CHAIN - and therefore will not deal with us directly on matters, only with you as their customer.
If you are having difficulty checking out, or paying with your credit card - please verify your payment details, that your card is active and that it has the correct funds available. If this is definitely the case and you are still experiencing issues, please email our Customer Care team at email@example.com for further assistance.
In the event that you suspect you have placed a duplicate order, please email Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so that we can investigate the issue and have the duplicate order payment reversed before it is processed. Any duplicate orders that have been shipped before IVORY & CHAIN has been notified will be refunded once the order has been returned to our Returns Address.
All payments to IVORY & CHAIN are securely processed using industry-grade TSL security. Your credit card number and PayPal login details, Afterpay, Zip Pay* login details, are secured with and solely by them. IVORY & CHAIN is never, at any time, able to see your credit card information including the name, number, expiry, and CVV. IVORY & CHAIN is never able to see your PayPal, Afterpay, Zip Pay* account information, only the username or email address with which your account is associated.
* Afterpay & Zip Pay is available to Australian customers only, and must be over the age of 18.
