1. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We ship worldwide via Australia Post. Shipping takes 1-10 business days depending on your location, and check out option of choice.

2. ARE IVORY AND CHAIN SIZES STANDARD?
Ivory and Chain sizing is standard to the Australian size chart. However, every style will vary. For information regarding the fit of item(s) please refer to the descriptions located under the name of each item. Australian & International sizing charts are located in the “Size Chart” tab at the bottom of the website.
3. HOW DO I FIND OUT THE MATERIALS OF THE GARMENT?
The materials of each garment are located in the description of each product.
4. CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
No. Once your order has been placed no amendments nor cancellations can be made, including to billing and shipping details. We are unable to combine orders.
5. CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
We do exchange not refund! If you purchased your item online through www.ivoryandchain.com, it is able to be returned, providing it adheres to our Returns Conditions listed below.

6. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE IF I RETURN MY ITEM?
Yes, you will have to cover the postage cost to return any garments to us. Exceptions will be granted if Ivory And Chain is at fault, for example for any faulty garments or dispatch errors. This will need to be negotiated through our Customer Care staff via firstname.lastname@example.org
7. WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
A Pre Order is the term used when an item is currently out of stock, but will arrive back in stock within a certain time frame. The estimated date of delivery will be displayed under the description of a pre-order product. Please check our Pre-Order collection for your latest coming arrivals.

11. HOW DOES A CREDIT NOTE WORK ?
Received a store credit issued by one of our Sales Team members ? Use your special unique code delivered to only you, at checkout when re-purchasing, or exchanging an item. This credit note will simply apply the given amount noted and adjust your price at check-out. Should you have any issues with your check out code feel free to email email@example.com stating your order number & unique code.
12. HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT ?
Need your track your package ? Head to AUSPOST and simply type in your tracking number to receive updates on your purchase.

Ivory & Chain ships WORLD-WIDE. Enter your address at check out for shipping rates and details! Our warehouse is based in Melbourne, Australia, so shipping times may vary depending on your location.

16. WHERE ARE YOUR STOCKIST ?
Need to find your closest stockist? Head over to our Stockist Page, and type in your postcode for your nearest stockist!
17. SECURITY & DISPATCH DELAYS
We take a firm stance against credit card fraud. If a transaction is flagged in our system, we reserve the right to conduct any and all security checks to ensure that the owner of the card or account authorises the transaction. If the requested security check is not complied with, we reserve the right to dishonour, cancel, refund and report the transaction information with the relevant Fraud Prevention and Banking Authorities. The decision to do so is at our sole discretion.
If your order has been flagged for a security check, dispatch will be delayed until the requested information can be provided by the card or account holder and the delivery timeframe is subject to the dispatch date.
18. PO BOXES & PARCEL LOCKERS
We do not deliver to PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers. If you enter a PO Box address, your order will be held and we will contact you for an alternative address. If we don't hear from you within 48 hours of contacting you, your order will be canceled and refunded.
